On 13th November 2020, Feast of all Saints who lived under the Rule of St Benedict, Sister Usia made her Solemn Profession. Our Father Immediate Dom Joseph from Mount Saint Bernard Abbey presided at the Profession Mass. Father Mateusz accompanied him as the concelebrant.
Sr Usia entered in 2017. She transferred from The Missionary Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit, where she had 7 years in Zambia as a missionary.
The Mass was relatively simple as we were not able to invite guests because of the restrictions. However it was grace-filled and solemn. After the ceremony we had a festive full course dinner partly prepared by Sr Usia who is always the key chef in our community. We all enjoyed the food, and more, God's blessings and gifts.
