For many years there have been guests who have found a particular spiritual enrichment from their visits to the monastery and have wanted to deepen this experience. Since 2008 we have offered such women an opportunity to become Lay Associates, entering into a one to one relationship with the community. They are catholic women who have made a formal commitment to dedicate time each day to prayer, lectio divina and work. There are no group meetings as each person is on their own journey.
We welcome women of any age who have visited the monastery and feel a call to deepen their love and service to God by becoming a Lay Associate.
